CREDIT CARD

The B18 Publishing online store offers the PagSeguro and PayPal payment platforms, with payment options by credit card, bank transfer and bank slip. It is important to check your card balance before making a purchase.
We have the support of companies specialized in data verification to ensure the security of our customers throughout the purchase transaction process. If we find any discrepancies, our team will contact the person responsible for the account. The delivery period starts from the date the credit analysis is approved.

INSTALLMENT CONDITIONS

Through the PagSeguro platform, you can pay for your purchase in installments. Check the payment conditions and interest rates charged by PagSeguro when finalizing your purchase.

BANK SLIP

The slip generated by PagSeguro must be printed or saved after completing the order, as it will not be sent by mail. Remember to enable pop-up viewing in your browser to print it. If you are unable to print it, pay the slip through your bank’s Home Banking.
To do so, use the barcode located on the slip’s compensation form. Orders placed using this method will be released for delivery after payment confirmation (on average 2 to 4 days). It is not possible to pay your order via DOC, Transfer or Deposit to the account indicated on this slip. The delivery period starts counting from the date payment confirmation by PagSeguro to Editora B18.
The due date of the slip is 3 calendar days after the order is closed. After this date, your order will be canceled.

If you cancel the order and do not pay the slip, do not worry. It will be canceled and there will be no charge.

Purchases made by bank slip will only have the products reserved for delivery upon identification and approval of payment.
We do not accept deposits or bank transfers.
The slip is no longer valid after the due date.
To reprint your slip, use the “My Orders” menu at the top.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange one or more items from your purchase made in the online store up to 30 days after receiving it, or return one or more items up to 7 days after receiving it.
ATTENTION: Products that do not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted for exchange/return and will automatically be sent back to the original address without prior consultation and with a shipping charge.
– After receiving your product(s), we will analyze it and, within 5 business days, we will send you an exchange voucher with instructions for you to make a new purchase on the website with the desired product. In the case of a return, we will refund the purchase to the same bank account as the purchaser.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

According to article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, “the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of signature or receipt of the product or service, whenever the contract for the supply of products and services occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home”.
