Knowledge that generates and preserves wealth.

As a Planejar partner company, Editora B18 now generates qualified credits for the Continuing Education Program for CFP® certified professionals. Below, check out the two ways to generate credits:

Events

When participating as a speaker or listener in in-person events held by Editora B18, the CFP® certified professional adds 1 qualified credit for every 1 hour of the event. It is worth remembering that, in order to generate participation credits, the CFP® professional must:

• Have met the ethics credits requirement;

• Have completed the knowledge assessment for participating in the event by filling out an online form that will be available up to seven (consecutive) days after the date of each event.

Articles

When publishing content on the Articles channel or in the Seu Patrimônio Magazine, both available for free access on the Editora B18 website, the CFP® certified professional generates 1 qualified credit, as long as they meet the following requirements:

• The article must have at least 3,500 characters;

• The article must cover one or more topics listed in the Detailed Program for the CFP® Certification Exam.

• Author’s authorization for publication on Planejar’s channels.

In this case, the author must submit the signed document to Planejar, which can be requested by email: educacao@planejar.org.br

Data entry

Whether participating in events or publishing articles, the CFP® certified professional must enter this information in the Continuing Education Program’s action report to, consequently, generate the qualified credits according to the activity performed.

Veracity of information

The CFP® certified professional is responsible for the information entered in his/her Continuing Education Program report.

Inaccurate or false information in the Continuing Education Program report will be considered a violation of Planejar’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and will be evaluated by the Ethics Council within the parameters established in Annex I of the Code.

Revisions

The requirements of the Continuing Education Program are subject to periodic revisions without the need for prior communication to the professional associated with Planejar. All modifications and additions to the Continuing Education Program are available on the website planejar.org.br
